The new moon and mars retrograde say create a new beginning inside you. I love teaching my Sunday and Tuesday Ballard classes we're doing some beautiful grown up yoga. I'm happy this practice exists in my view. Meanwhile in India David Funnn aka Brunn, is over there on the other side of the world in India observing the Mehla.
